We really loved our stay at your hotel. The ONLY slight problem was the size of the room but we are used to larger rooms. The only other thing was the fact the door opened right into the bathroom but you aren't responsible for this. The service was absolutely perfect and EVERYONE behind the desk were sooooooo nice. We will definitely come back there and recommend you to everyone. I will also put this on TripAdvisor soon. Merci beaucoup!

All staff were very pleasant and the hotel had a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our view of the Pantheon. The hotel is very well situated, in a quieter side street but with easy access to the metro. We would visit again.

We stayed at the hotel for 12 days during April. The service from the concierge desk to the housekeeping was par excellance, rooms were comfortable with a nice quiet street view, and the location unbeatable. Undoubtably we will return here on our next visit to Paris.

The Relais Saint Jacques is in an excellent location in the 5th arrondissement, a few minutes walk from Luxembourg RER station. Our room had a view, as requested, of the beautiful Panthéon. The hotel has agreeable décor, the room was well-equipped and comfortable, and importantly was quiet, so a good night's sleep can be had. The staff are without exception very helpful, professional and friendly. This is an excellent hotel, in our view.

This hotel is just fantastic, from the staff, to the location, to the rooms. Located approx. 150m from Luxemborg Metro getting to the centre of Paris is easy. Good restaurants, bars, cafes surround the hotel and with no traffic noise getting a great night sleep is easy. Rooms easily fitted two adults with two good size suitcases with space to spare. I booked via the hotel website which was they best rate. Would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable hotel , friendly and helpful staff, well located near Luxembourg Gardens RER (line B) station with easy access straight from CDG Airport. Did not eat there but many good restaurants available nearby.

The service at this hotel was excellent. Better than Pullman, Meridienne or plaza Athene. The staff made the trip so enjoyable for me and my wife. The beds need to be upgraded a bit. Other than that it's a 5 for me. Thank you,
